In this exclusive interview, 3x World Squash Champion Nick Matthew explores why young adults should get involved in squash, why it's so beneficial to your health, and most importantly, what you can do to get involved.
Throughout his career, Nick also won three gold medals at the Commonwealth Games, nine National Squash titles and 35 PSA World Tour titles. He was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by the Queen in July 2015 for services to squash.
Neil Guirey, Head of Squash and Racketball at Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club said: “Squash is a very active sport that challenges your mind and body. If you’re interested in playing please do come down to the club and speak with someone at reception. From there we can get you involved in suitable coaching sessions and leagues.”
Forbes magazine rated Squash the world's healthiest sport in 2003.
